This Air Pressure Operated Grease Spray Unit enables the spraying
of grease directly from the Lube-Shuttle®-System-Cartridge without
the need for propellants or chemical additives such as solvents.
Spraying grease on to Chains, Wire Ropes, Open Gears, Slideways,
Telescopic Booms etc. offers enormous potential for cost savings.
The wasteful application of grease is at an end: the wide range
of uses is practically without limit.

A Grease Spray System using unique technology:it combines
the High Pressure Lubrication Pump, pneuMATO 55,
with specially designed Spraying Equipment.
The Spray Pistol has been conceived for Greases to NLGI 2.
The special "Twin Hose" for High Pressure Grease and
Air Supply is integrated in a high quality protective sheath.
This sophisticated Grease Spray System can be fitted to
bulk grease packs and will provide high volumes of grease.

This Spray Pistol has been specially designed
to effectively spray grease. Spray Pattern,
Air and Grease Volumes are individually adjustable.






Important Note: Maximum Permitted Air Pressure is 5 bar.

This special " Twin Hose" includes High Pressure Grease
Supply Hose (Burst Pressure: 1,650 bar with steel
wire reinforcement) and Air Supply Hose. Both hoses are
encased in hard wearing outer sheath, which has integral spiral,
steel reinforcement.

This Air Pressure Regulator limits the air supply pressure to the pump to 5 bar. It is supplied as an assembly with Pressure Gauge and appropriate connections for the air supply pipework.
